Whether you need a one-time visit for a day outing or regular care in your home to accommodate your pets while you work, we can help! Visits will be tailored to you and your pet's individual needs, including feeding, walking, play time, cleaning, bathing, giving medication, and more!

We offer individualized dog walking that starts from your doorstep. Hot or cold, rain or shine, snow or ice, nothing is going to stop us (almost nothing)! Our dog-walking services are designed to provide your pets with the care they need while giving you peace of mind knowing that they are in good hands.

We live for wagging tails and chin rubs! Most boarding facilities are loud and not always individualized to your what your pet needs. We provide calm care for your pets while you are away. Each overnight will include two dog walks, lots of play, snuggles, some tidying up, and maybe some sleep, too!

Our vehicle is ready-to-go! A Honda HRV all-wheel-drive SUV with a back seat hammock and another bed in the far back. If you would like for us to take your dog to the beach or on a hike... we can do that! If there is a medical emergency while we are in the home we are prepared to get your pet to the hospital!

Always the Animal Lover
From as early as I can remember, I have been rescuing abandoned or injured wildlife and domesticated pets. There is nothing more rewarding than interacting with animals of all kinds. I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. I also worked for 10 years in the veterinary industry in customer service and as a veterinary assistant. I have experience handling dogs and cats as well as reptiles and birds.
I currently have two gorgeous rescue dogs:
Gilda, my 5 year old Pittie/Catahoula/ChowChow
Santino, my 2 year old Rottie/ChowChow/Shepherd
Home, The Way Life Should Be
I live with my husband of 20 years in Scarborough and graduated with honors earning a degree in financial accounting from the University of Maine. I realized very young I love interacting with people and especially animals! I have worked for many years in veterinary and medical customer service.
A few years ago, due to natural causes, I lost my two 14-year-old dogs that were so very bonded to each other and their people. In caring for them, I learned how much they just wanted to be home in their own beds. I want to be able to help people in their busy lives and allow their beloved pets to enjoy the calm and comfort of their own home.
All Animals Created Equal
Animals have always been a true passion for me and I believe all animals have something to teach us.
I am comfortable working with all dogs and cats (and pocket pets, birds, fish, and reptiles, too!) of all behavior types.
I have a special fondness for geriatric pets and truly understand how patient one must be when caring for them.
I do not charge anything additional for puppies or special needs pets.
